How to register a new customer?

Managing your customer database is the core of our system. This guide walks you through the different methods of adding and organizing your customers to ensure a streamlined workflow.


1. Accessing the Contacts Section

To get started, navigate to the Contact section from the main menu. This dashboard displays your complete list of registered customers and serves as the central hub for all customer management activities.

2. Manual Registration

If you need to add an individual customer:

  • Click the Add button located on the dashboard.

  • Enter the required details (Name, contact information, etc.) in the provided fields.

  • Save the entry to immediately add them to your database.

3. Bulk Import via Excel

For importing large lists of customers at once, use the bulk upload feature:

  • Download Template: Click the download icon at the top of the page to get the sample Excel file.

  • Fill Data: Enter your customer information into this template to ensure the format is correct.

  • Upload: Use the upload button to import the completed file back into the system. All customers will be registered simultaneously.

4. Categorizing Customers

To keep your database organized, you can assign customers to specific categories. You have the flexibility to:

  • Create new categories based on your business needs.

  • Manage existing categories to segment your audience effectively.

5. Assigning Customers to Agents

You can assign specific customers to designated agents. Once assigned, all activities, notes, and information related to that customer will be visible to the assigned agent, ensuring personalized and efficient service.

6. Advanced Management Features

  • Website Registration: Note that customers can also register themselves directly through the sales website, and their data will automatically sync with the system.

  • Action Menu: Once a customer is registered, the "Action" button allows you to access their full history across different modules and even initiate direct contact via WhatsApp.

  • Data Export: You can export your customer list as a PDF or Excel file at any time from the bottom of the page for offline record-keeping.

  • Deleted Contacts: If a contact is accidentally deleted, you can still view and manage it within the Deleted section of the system.
